AMPLIFY

Privacy

Last updated: September 2026

This notice covers amplifymusic.fm, the website. It isn’t the privacy policy for the Amplify app, which will have its own when it launches.

Who we are. AmplifyMusic LLC, Phoenix, Arizona.

What we collect. If you join the list: your email address, and whether you signed up as an artist or a listener. Nothing else. This site uses no cookies, no analytics, and no tracking scripts.

Why. To tell you about Amplify’s launch: when artist accounts open and when the app is ready to download, and to invite early sign-ups to test the beta and share feedback. We don’t sell your email or share it beyond the services listed below, and we don’t use it for anything else.

Who handles it for us.
Kit stores our mailing list and sends our emails. Like most email services, it records whether our emails are opened and which links are clicked.
Cloudflare hosts this site. Like any web host, it processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and block abuse.
If you email us, your message is handled by our email providers.

How long we keep it. Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your choices. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. To see what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email legal@amplifymusic.fm.

Children. This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child under 13 has given us their email, contact legal@amplifymusic.fm and we’ll delete it.

Changes. If this notice changes, we’ll update the date at the top.
